Step-by-Step Creation Process
Step 1: Access the Wards Section
- Log in to the SafiSiti web application at SafiSiti Web Portal
- Navigate to the main dashboard
- On the left sidebar, locate the "Administrative Units" section
- Click on "Wards" from the menu
Step 2: Initiate Ward Creation
- Once the Wards page loads, you will see a list of existing wards (if any)
- Look for the "Create" button located in the top right corner of the screen
- Click the "Create" button to open the new ward form
Step 3: Complete Ward Details
Fill in the required information in the creation form:
Basic Information
- Ward Name: Enter the official name of the ward
- Description: Short description of the ward
Demographic Information
- Population: Enter the estimated population count
- Area (sq km): Specify the geographical size of the ward
Geographical Information
- Latitude & Longitude: Provide GPS coordinates for mapping
Step 5: Review and Submit
- Review all entered information for accuracy
- Validate that all required fields are completed
- Click the "Create Ward" button to submit
- Wait for the system confirmation message

Step 2: Initiate Ward Creation
- On the listing screen, tap the Floating Action Button (FAB) with the plus (+) icon
- The New Ward screen opens
Step 3: Complete Ward Details
- Ward Name
- Description
- Population
- Area (sq km)
- Latitude & Longitude
Step 4: Save
- Review all entered information
- Tap Create Ward
- Wait for confirmation
