  • Recommended: Daily sync opportunity
  • Optimal: Continuous background sync

Offline Data Management

Data Safety:

  • Local encryption of sensitive data
  • Automatic backup of unsynced records
  • Recovery mode for device failures
  • Data export options for manual transfer

Bandwidth Considerations

Data Usage Estimates:

  • Daily Operations: 5-10MB per user
  • Map Downloads: 10-50MB per operational area
  • Photo Uploads: 1-2MB per high-quality image
  • Weekly Reports: 2-5MB comprehensive data

Connectivity Tips:

  • Schedule large downloads during off-peak hours
  • Use Wi-Fi hotspots for map updates

Troubleshooting Access Issues

Common Problems & Solutions

Web Application:

  • Login Issues: Clear browser cache or try incognito mode
  • Slow Performance: Disable browser extensions temporarily
  • Sync Errors: Check internet connection and retry manually

Mobile Application:

  • Installation Failed: Ensure sufficient storage space
